All orders will be shipped either by UPS orFedEx standard ground. Oversized or overweight orders may be shipped using a differnet carrier. For Alaska & Hawaii orders please e-mail us for a shipping quote charcin@cookncamp.com. Presently, we do not offer international shipping and are unable to drop ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military Addresses. We require all "ship-to addresses" to be valid street addresses.

After we receive your order please allow up to 3 to 4 days for processing. Processing is the stage where your order is physically put together and packaged for delievery. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout.

Please allow 14-21 days from placing your order for it to arrive to it’s destination.  If your order has not arrived by 21 days, please contact us.

Returns

You have 30 days starting from the day your item was shipped in which to receive a full refund on incorrectly shipped or defective items only. Returns must contain all of the original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc...) and be in its original packaging and the product must be in new (unused) condition. We also require a copy of the original invoice or receipt in order to process your refund request.

Once you receive the return authorization information (which you must call in to obtain) you can return the product according to the instructions for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping.

Cancellations or Changes

You can make changes to your order anytime during the checkout process prior to submitting the order. Once you have submitted the order you cannot make any changes. If you have submitted the order in error or need to make a change please contact customer support so we can assist you. Have your order invoice handy so we can more efficiently help you.
