We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags and packaging). Just like packing for a camping trip, we’ve made the process simple:

How to Return an Item

  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our Sheffield address (provided in your return approval email).
  5. Get Refunded: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchange Process

Need a different size or color? Follow the return process above, but indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Non-Returnable Items
