We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your camping essentials to you:
Standard Shipping (£12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags and packaging intact).
How to Return an Item
Just like packing for a camping trip, we’ve made the process simple:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Sheffield address (provided in your return approval email).
- Get Refunded: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Airbeds (unless defective)
- Camping Cook Sets and Utensils (if used)
- Camping Kettles & Toasters (if used)
- Opened Camping Laundry products
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchange Process
Need a different size or color? Follow the return process above, but indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
